Whilst we’re all currently in quarantine all thanks to COVID-19, now is the perfect time to plan ahead for summer 2020; hopefully to a time when the quarantine will be lifted and we can once again set foot outside.
When we do set foot outside, we may as well be stepping out in a well thought out pair of trainers. We’ve taken a look back through the annals of Yeezy collections form the start of 2020 and the end of 2019 to find some of the best summer looks.
Yeezy is well known for their 350 V2 collections. Not only for their unique design but their pastel and earthy colourways that are perfect for Spring and Summer looks. One of the cleanest looks that adidas and Yeezy have produced is the “Cloud White”, a look that we think should be part of everyone’s rotation this summer.
The Yeezy Boosy 350 V2 “Cloud White” is a super clean look across the entire Primeknit upper. To add extra depth to the design light grey features appear around the upper and the transparent mesh stripe along the outside of the foot also makes a much-awaited return.
The TPU midsole contains adidas’ piece de resistance, the Boost technology that provides unparalleled comfort and cushioning. The outer sole is in a transparent white so the entire shoe sits atop a clean cloud. The look is finished with a pair of tubular laces fitted through the offset lace holders.
The “Cloud White” look dropped way back in September of 2019 in limited numbers and was quick to sell out. Now, it’s a rare sight to see the “Cloud” look so fans will have to check out trainers resale sights and get involved in some bidding wars if they are to secure a pair of their own.
