The Yeezy Foam RNNR is back this summer with a fresh new colourway, which might be music to your ears – or not, depending how you feel about the model!
Arguably Kanye’s weirdest concoction to date, it’s safe to say the Yeezy Foam RNNR divided opinion when it was first released last year. While some couldn’t get enough of the futuristic silhouette’s off-the-wall aesthetic, there are others who, to put it simply, wouldn’t be caught dead in a pair!
If you count yourself among the former, you’ll be glad to see the running shoe given a welcome update, and unlike the previous iterations it’ll forgo the darker/earthy tones for a bold and beautiful all-red outfit instead.
In terms of the shoe’s construction, it’ll be the same as before – the only change comes to the colour. As ever, the lightweight runner/slider blends an EVA with an algae-based material to produce the foam composite we’ve come to love (or hate) since the first colourway dropped in the summer of 2020.
Although the style has its detractors, be in no doubt that this will sell out when it drops – and fast. Each iteration has flown off the shelves in double quick time, so if you plan on bagging yourself a pair then make sure you’re ready to pounce when they go on sale.
The Yeezy Foam RNNR “Vermillion” is set to go on sale sometime in October. Strange timing for a shoe that was made for summer, but then again this is Kanye’s project we’re talking about so when did Yeezy ever do things by the book?!
If Yeezy trainers are what you’re after and you can’t wait until Autumn, try the Laced resale market. They stock all the past Yeezy releases, so head over there now and add some fresh new kicks to your prized collection!
