Yeezy 700 MNVN “Triple Black” Ready for Restock in August

It’s been quite a whirlwind of a year for Ye and his team, and the adidas Yeezy 700 MNVN makes it clear that there’s no sign they’ll be slowing down anytime soon. The silhouette was designed by legends Christian Tresser and Steven Smith, which are two household names that any sneakerhead will recognise, so it’s no wonder the shoe is renowned for being the brand’s 2nd most popular silhouette to date.

The history of the Yeezy 700 MNVN is particularly interesting to trace as the sneaker itself was first spotted back in 2018 after Tekashi-69 was gifted a pair, and was then seen in snippets across the socials in the days, weeks and months that followed. Eventually, the silhouette dropped in early 2020 and flew off the shelves faster than anybody expected.

Now, brace yourselves because we’ve got confirmation that the Yeezy 700 MNVN “Triple Black” colourway is primed for a restock this August!

With a complete redesign from the ground up, the “Triple Black” takes the classic 700 silhouette and spins it on its head. The familiar mesh, leather and suede construction are swapped out for an all-nylon upper that manages to deliver a streamlined look that is both sleek and noteworthy. The branding is hard-to-miss as the three digits are broadcast across the lateral side panel and infused with 3M for those low-light conditions.

Although an official release date for August has yet to be announced, it’s probable that the restock will be online with select retailers. If you didn’t manage to cop a pair of the Yeezy 700 MNVM “Triple Black” last time then you’ll need to be quick to stand a chance in summer – the competition is expected to be fierce!
